For the last six years we supported our community her in Colorado Springs, Colorado through our local church efforts by participating in programs such as Community Service Program, Food Pantry, Youth Outreach, Feed the Hungry, and Salvation Army Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, just to name a few. We desire to expand our reaching ability to those that would not otherwise enter into a church, thus, the RHEOTO project was established.

RHEOTO focuses on mentoring and teaching disenfranchised teens and young adults that there is a better way to handle their problems. Once dones not need t turn to durgs, sex, alcohol, gangs, or violence to handle their problems; there is a better way. Here we mentor/teach the youth how to wigh their options to make smarter choices in life by showing them how to use the positive side of life to advance, while taking someone else with them up that sam eladder with Reaching Hands as Each One Teaches One (RHEOTO).

RHEOTO was established by Mr. John Brannon, CEO/President of John Brannon's OutReach, as 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation with the state of Colorado. RHEOTO has two active boards comprising of Officers of the Board and Board of Directors:
